These classes are for you if you want to deepen your current yoga practice and explore more ways to practice yoga than in your regular yoga class.

You’re also welcome if you’re a beginner and want to explore yoga, you’ll be given alternative poses if needed.

In these 2 hour classes you’ll have time to release, relax, reenergize and get to know yourself on a deeper level.


With yoga you’ll strip away everything that is not you. You’ll meet yourself more intimately. You’ll learn how you work and start loving yourself. You’ll come in closer CONNECTION with your HEART’s longing.

Yoga will help you deal with all your experiences in life. It will AWAKEN you and FREE you.

Yoga helps you CONNECT; all parts of yourself, and your awareness with a GREATER INTELLIGENCE. You become a vessel for the greater good and may come to see your life purpose more clearly.

As you probably know, yoga has a lot of other positive effects. The ones I’m talking about here are some I find the most important, as in close to my heart.

In yoga practice, we start by turning our attention to the body and turn within. We start by connecting body, mind and breath.

Yin – Yang Yoga & Meditation/Yoga Nidra

The class will be a combination of:

* Yang kind of yoga, meaning DYNAMIC and active yoga, mainly vinyasa yoga (moving and flowing with the breath)


* YIN kind of yoga: becoming still, relaxing into seated/supine postures for longer periods of time (several minutes) practicing mindfulness.


* seated meditation, moving deeper into & beyond the mind


* Yoga Nidra, where you’re guided into a state of deep relaxation, between the awake state and sleep. You become more aware of your inner world and learn to let go of deep held tensions in body and mind.


The dynamic yoga releases tensions in body, breath and mind, to make the longer holds and meditative stillness more available. Yin practice moves deeper into the tissues of the body (issues of the mind). Often we start with yin practice, moving into yang, and back to yin. We end the class with a seated meditation.


Hatha Yoga: Asana, Pranayama & Meditation/Yoga Nidra 

* The asana (physical poses) practice in this class will be a combination of fluid movement and still postures. This is not a vinyasa flow class with plank-chaturanga-updog-downdog between poses so this workshop is suitable for you even if you’ve got wrist-, shoulder- or lower back-issues.

The dynamic yoga releases tensions in body, breath and mind, to prepare the body-mind for states of stronger awareness and deeper meditation.

* We’ll explore a few basic pranayama techniques. Pranayama are techniques where we use the breath to manage prana (life force energy) within the system of your being.

* We’ll add a seated (breath) meditation technique, moving deeper into & beyond the mind.


* Yoga Nidra, where you’re guided into a state of deep relaxation, between the awake state and sleep. You become more aware of your inner world and learn to let go of deep held tensions in body and mind.




Teaching will be in SWEDISH if only Swedish speaking practitioners, also in ENGLISH if needed.



  • Yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets are available at the venue at no extra cost, but you can bring your own if you want.
  • Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Tip: wear a top/shirt that doesn’t slide over your face when you turn your torso up-side down. To stay warm during yin practice, relaxation and meditation, bring warm cover clothing.
  • Come to class on an empty stomach, so no larger meals 3-4 hours before class. If you’re very hungry you can eat something light, maybe a fruit, before class. On an empty stomach it’s easier to release tension in the body and mind.

Payments are refundable only in case of illness/injury (show doctor’s certificate) or moving to another city (show proof of new accommodation).
